Kempt Kerala 4N/5D
The legend about the formation of Kerala goes like this, Lord Parasuram threw his axe into the sea and the area between him and the spot where the axe fell in the sea turned into a land mass. That must be the reason to call Kerala as God??s own country. Kerala gained its name after the unending coconut groves that adorned this land in its early days. Nature has adorned her like a beautiful bride, with a variety of landscape- sea shore, back waters, plains, mountains and valleys. We ensure that the tourists enjoy this beauty and the wide range of adventure in its fullest, by offering packages that are affordable to both national and internationals tourists, under Eco tourism initiatives, including: sea-faring, trekking, bird watching program etc. Kerala Tourism Corporation promotes ecotourism and in this regard includes 12 most fascinating wild life sanctuaries and two National Parks- Silent valley National Park, Periyar Tiger Reserve, Thekkady Bird Sanctuary, Wayanad Wildlife Sanctuary, Aralam wildlife Sanctuary, Parambikkulam Wildlife Sanctuary, Eravikulam National Park, chinnar Wildlife Sanctuary and Muthumala Wildlife Sanctuary are the most celebrated ones. The panoramic view of the extensive backwaters is a feast to the eyes. It is the merging ground of all the west flowing rivers and lakes that center around Alleppey - the Venice of the east, Kumarakom, and Punnamada, where the most celebrated ??Nehru Trophy Boat Race?? is held annually, welcoming ??Onam?? the festival of Kerala. This land is rich in Heritage Sites, Cushions and many more.. We welcome you, Come and See.
